1、 本科及以上学历，微电子/计算机/电子信息/通信等相关专业，3年以上嵌入式驱动开发经验； 2、 熟练使用C/C++/Linux shell/Python/Go等编程语言，掌握基础的数据结构与算法知识，具有较强的程序算法实现能力，能独立实现中等复杂度的新功能开发与调测, 每年核心代码编码量5000行以上； 3、 具备良好的英语阅读能力，具有较好的工作主动性，较强的自学能力和独立解决问题能力； 4、 具有团队合作、逻辑推理、报告展示和工程实验设计等能力。
工作职责
1. 负责DRAM芯片测试程序的新特性功能开发与维护，测试用例的优化与验证，测试覆盖率的评估及提升； 2. 使用ATE测试机台对DRAM芯片进行问题调测分析，根因分析等； 3. 根据ATE测试机台手册，对测试机台进行设定和调测，功能开发等； 4. 与团队成员合作，确保产品项目的充分验证与按时交付；
