任职要求
1. 计算机，人工智能等相关专业本科以上学历； 2. 熟悉ChatGPT等LLM技术原理，熟练掌握机器学习、深度学习的基础理论和方法，熟练使用一种或几种深度学习框架（如PyTorch等）； 3. 熟练掌握Python，有良好的编程基础和数据结构算法基础； 4. 熟练阅读相关英文论文资料，能自觉跟踪发展现状，理解算法原理，并进行落地实现； 6. 英语CET6及以上，具备英语书面和口语交流；
工作职责
1. 负责大模型算法测试工作，包括测算法指标制定、测试用例设计、测试数据管理、测试工具开发、测试流程回归等，大模型测评； 2. 构建测试大模型，应用通用大模型来做测试效率提升探索和应用； 3. 参与大模型应用整体架构设计与技术评审、测试方案的制定和测试执行； 4. 负责大模型应用相关的测试服务建设，包括自动化测试、各类质量专项、性能测试、高可用测试等；
