任职要求 1、计算机、人工智能、软件工程、信息管理、工业设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、有产品经理相关实习经验者优先；有 AI / LLM / Agent 方向产品实习经验者更佳。 3、对 LLM 应用有基本认知，了解 Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、RAG、上下文窗口管理等概念中的至少一项。 4、对 Agent 架构有初步了解，知道规划（Planning）、推理（Reasoning）、记忆（Memory）、工具调用（Tool Use）等模块的基本含义者优先。 5、了解 Harness 架构的基本概念，理解 Agent 运行框架（如执行沙箱、工具调度、生命周期管理、可观测性等）在产品层面的含义；有相关调研或实践者优先。 6、理解 AI 原生产品（AI Native）的设计理念，能区分"AI 原生产品"与"传统产品 + AI …
