任职要求 （1）硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能技术、电子信息、图像处理、模式识别等相关专业； （2）有 AI 大模型开发、 IQA、计算机视觉（CV）或多模态模型开发经验者优先。 （3）精通大模型开发框架：熟练使用 Hugging Face Transformers、LangChain 等工具，能独立完成模型加载、微调、部署全流程； （4）掌握深度学习技术：熟悉 PyTorch/TensorFlow 框架，理解 Transformer、Vision Transformer（ViT）、CLIP 等模型原理，能针对性设计网络结构适配 IQA 场景； （5）具备 IQA 专业知识：了解传统图像质量评估指标（PSNR、SSIM、LPIPS）及主观评测…
