1. 负责语音助手业务的后台设计, 开发和维护工作, 持续改进优化，主动排雷发现问题并推动收敛, 不断提升产品竞争力和用户体验。 2. 负责团队内基础设施的开发与维护工作, 提升团队研效, 支撑业务快速发展。 3. 参与改进开发、构建、发布等工程化体系，参与推动 UI 规范制定和落地（基础组件库、业务组件库）；
