工作职责
负责AI平台及相关产品的视觉设计,确保整体设计风格统一且富有吸引力。 深入理解用户需求和业务目标,将复杂的概念转化为直观、易用的视觉设计方案。 设计具有视觉冲击力的界面和图形元素,提升产品的美观性和用户体验。 制作AI开放平台产品的宣传设计PPT和宣传短视频,增强产品的市场推广效果。 与UX交互设计师、产品经理、开发团队密切合作,推动产品从概念到落地的完整设计流程。 关注设计趋势和用户反馈,持续优化和迭代产品的视觉设计以保持竞争力。

1.负责公司消费金融产品的前端开发工作,确保页面的高性能和高可用性; 2.参与前端技术架构的设计与优化,提升系统的可扩展性和维护性; 3.编写高质量、可维护的代码,遵循公司代码规范,进行代码审查和测试; 4.与UI/UX设计师合作,优化用户体验,确保产品界面美观、操作流畅; 5.跟踪前端技术的发展趋势,积极引入新技术和工具,提升团队的技术水平; 6.快速定位和解决前端开发中遇到的各种技术问题,确保项目按时交付。

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for creating, driving, and implementing research plans to discover actionable insights for creating the user experience for web-based applications and mobile devices. You will deliver the right user insights at the right time, helping project team to create digital products that are good for users and good for business. You will use your deep understanding of the methods and best practices of user research to experiment with mixed methods research to generate unique user insights and drive product innovation. You will mentor junior team mates to deliver high-quality outputs while working effectively on managing stakeholders, overlapping projects, and competing priorities. Responsibilities: • Drive ideas to improve products and services through research-driven insights and recommendations. • Independently design and execute research studies with effective research methods (e.g., desk research, interviews, focus groups, usability testing, surveys, competitive analysis, etc.), representative participant profiles, and efficient recruiting strategies. • Proactively review and perform data analysis to extract insights and actionable recommendations from qualitative or quantitative data, and collaborate with teams to translate insights into product and business impact. • Present your work at research critique sessions to collect constructive feedback from the team and leadership. • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the research, design, and product development processes. • Organize post-mortem reviews of your projects with collaborating teams, reflect on outcomes, and proactively suggest improvements. • Through knowledge sharing, leading by example, and constant learning, contribute to the team’s professional growth and development. • Constantly learn and implement AI in the workflow to enhance research efficiency, and proactively identify and suggest new tools for the team. • Effectively identify and implement new ways to conduct research, grow the team’s influence, and create impact.
