任职要求
1, Foreign nationals, Taiwan, Southeast Asia preferred; Can accept the global scope of internal and external; 2, bachelor degree or above, willing to long-term development in the manufacturing industry; 3, with good communication and coordination skills, the ability to solve complex problems and thinking; 4, English can be used as a working language, Chinese fluency is preferred.
工作职责
1, we belong to the nature of manufacturing factory, SMT engineering, assembly engineering, quality management, planning and material control management, production management and other positions; 2. This position will be trained in China for one year and then transferred to other countries; 3, this position will be a reserve cadre training, will invest a lot of training to improve resources, management/professional routes can be selected.
- Assist in product launches: Support senior teams in developing positioning, product strategies, and launch materials for new products; help collect customer feedback to optimize existing products. - Support market insights: Gather consumer, market, and competitive data; learn basic analysis tools to provide actionable insights for the team. - Explore vertical markets: Participate in market research to identify product-market fit and assist in tailoring key selling points for target segments. - Aid campaign execution: Contribute to new product launch activities and support performance tracking for core products. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to learn integrated workflows.
