任职要求

管理类或计算机本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；
英语能作为工作语言，掌握阿拉伯语或欧洲地区的小语种优先考虑；
有自动驾驶、智能交通行业经验，工程类项目管理经验优先。
精通项目管理理论，对大项目管理有深入的理解及实践经验，有PMP证书优先。
针对新的业务领域和技术领域能够快速学习并上手；有数据意识，统计和分析能力。
工作认真负责，有强烈的自我驱动力；有出色的沟通技巧和团队协作能力，有较强的执行力和推动力，具有服务意识。
有一定的抗压能力，学习能力强，能够接受在项目所在地常驻和经常性的国际差旅。

Job Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate sales, planning, product development, and supply chain teams to formulate reasonable project implementation plans and schedules, provide cost accounting, and oversee the deployment, debugging, and delivery of autonomous vehicles according to plan.
Control costs while ensuring that delivery progress and quality meet expectations.
Anticipate risks before project implementation and identify risks during the process, developing feasible risk management and response measures.
Effectively manage customer expectations, coordinate internal and external resources to promptly address customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize project acceptance, ensure the billing of delivered projects, and coordinate follow-up on payments.
Assist customers in improving safety management mechanisms and supervise their execution to ensure the safe operation and after-sales management of delivered projects.
As a member of the business team, provide technical support to sales and offer comprehensive L4 autonomous driving solutions to customers.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in management or computer science, with at least 3 years of work experience.
Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of Arabic or other European languages is a plus.
Experience in the autonomous driving or intelligent transportation industry, with a preference for engineering project management experience.
In-depth understanding and practical experience in project management theory, with a preference for candidates holding a PMP certificate.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business and technical fields; strong data awareness, statistical, and analytical skills.
Diligent and responsible work ethic with strong self-motivation; excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities, with strong execution and driving force, and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle pressure, strong learning ability, and willingness to be based at project locations and undertake frequent international travel.

工作职责

工作内容：
组织和协同销售、方案、产研、供应链各团队制定合理的项目实施方案和实施计划、提供成本核算，按计划组织自动驾驶车辆落地部署调试交付实施。
控制成本，并保障交付进度和交付质量符合预期。
项目实施前的风险预判、实施过程中的风险识别，制定可行的风险管控、应对措施。
有效管理客户预期，协调公司内外部资源及时解决客户需求，保障客户满意度。 组织项目验收，保障已交付项目的计收，协同跟进回款。
协助客户完善安全管理机制并监督执行，保障已交付项目的安全运营和售后管理工作。
作为业务团队的成员给销售提供技术支持，给客户提供完整的 L4 自动驾驶解决方案。
