任职要求
1. 3年以上java开发经验，有扎实的java基础技术体系，包括JVM、线程、并发、IO资源管理、网络等； 2. 熟悉主流开源应用框架，如Spring、iBatis、Maven、微服务等开发技术 3. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现； 4. 熟悉使用大数据平台和工具，如Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Kafka、Flink等； 5. 较强的表达和沟通能力，有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心。
工作职责
1、负责商业化相关服务的开发与设计（电商交易、广告投放等业务场景） 2. 负责核心服务架构设计、方案评审、服务落地，并能独立攻克技术难题和系统优化以及稳定性保障 3. 对前沿技术持续保持关注和实践，并能够结合当前业务所处阶段做好技术预瞻和应用
