工作职责

Responsible for visual design work related to customer acquisition growth, including but not limited to event posters, banners, feed advertisements, and landing page visuals.Based on customer acquisition needs, produce visual materials that align with target audience aesthetics and customer acquisition conversion logic, helping to improve ad click-through rates and conversion efficiency.Accurately grasp key design requirements, independently follow up on the entire project process, manage communication, revisions, finalization and delivery of design proposals, coordinate relevant resources, and drive smooth project implementation.Track advertising design effectiveness, collaborate with business teams to optimize design solutions, adjust visual styles based on customer acquisition data, and enhance design support for customer acquisition growth.Collaborate with the team to complete other related visual design and requirement coordination work, ensuring orderly progress of front-end customer acquisition-related design work.Job
