本科及以上学历，计算机及理工类相关专业，3 年及以上相关工作经验 熟练掌握 Golang、Java、PHP 至少一门语言开发 若不熟悉 Go，有意愿往 Go 语言方向发展 熟悉网络编程、Linux 操作系统，具有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟练掌握和理解 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等常用数据库与组件 熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，有良好的编码习惯和接口设计规范，注重单元测试 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力、学习能力及团队协作能力，认真负责 有金融产品研发经验者优先。
工作职责
负责国际化市场资金业务、转仓业务的架构设计和核心代码开发，打造高可用、高性能、高扩展的证券后台系统 与团队其他角色紧密配合工作，参与需求评审、分析设计、方案评估等工作，为用户提供优秀的证券产品体验，为内部提供高效率的业务运营系统 参与系统改造、重点项目、技术难点的攻坚 对业务流程提出优化建议，提高系统效率和可靠性。
