The Role As a Business Partner and Product Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our Financial Services & Finance operations teams and technology, leading a wide range of cross-functional projects that span both business and IT domains. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, operations, and documentation within the Financial Services & Finance Operations space. You should be an analytical, agile problem solver who thrives in a highly matrixed environment, working with numerous stakeholders to align cross-functional teams around shared goals. Responsibilities Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders across Financial Services and Finance Operations teams, translating them into clear product features and solutions Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for financial services and finance operations systems, ensuring alignment with Tesla’s China, APAC, and global (including North America) business objectives Lead end-to-end delivery of fast-paced, cross-functional projects spanning multiple programs and subsystems Develop and manage project plans, driving on-time delivery while balancing competing priorities Collaborate closely with global product managers, software engineers, and QA engineers through rapid development cycles, evolving requirements, and ambiguity Coordinate execution across internal and external stakeholders to deliver multiple projects simultaneously Communicate key project developments and updates to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner

• Review client KYC documentation and support CDD/EDD review for retail and institutional accounts, including identity verification, source of funds/wealth information, and completeness checks, in accordance with AML/CFT policies and regulatory requirements. • Conduct review of transaction monitoring, trade surveillance, name screening, and share transfer alerts on a daily and monthly basis and escalate alerts with potential financial crime risks for further investigation. • Assist in the preparation of investigation summaries by gathering relevant information, transaction data, and supporting documents. • Support the preparation and filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) on a timely matter. • Provide AML/CFT guidance to internal stakeholders on documentation requirements and standard onboarding or review processes. • Assist in the preparation of routine FCC management information including statistics on onboarding reviews, alerts, and escalations. • Participate in FCC training sessions and stay updated on internal AML/CFT policies, procedures, and regulatory updates relevant to assigned tasks. • Support ad-hoc FCC tasks, internal reviews, audits, and regulatory information requests as assigned.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for both internal management and external stakeholders. Manage the consolidation of financial accounts across all group entities, ensuring full compliance with HKFRS, PRC GAAP, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Lead comprehensive financial and regulatory reporting for Hong Kong–based entities, maintaining strict adherence to the SFC requirements. Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, assessors, regulators, and tax authorities—promptly addressing inquiries and providing clear, responsive communication. Financial planning & analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives to support strategic decision-making for operations in both Hong Kong and the PRC. Treasury management Responsible for securing loan financing for real estate acquisitions and operations by collaborating solid relationships with banks in Hong Kong and PRC. Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and future investments. Acquisition related financial support Familiar with financial and tax due diligence processes related to real estate acquisitions in the PRC.
