• Develop and ship features in art pipeline tools used by artists across our game teams. • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions on subsystems you build, from data models and file formats to UI and rendering. • Work directly with artists to understand their workflow pain, and turn it into tools that make their day shorter and their work better. • Ship cross-platform on Windows and macOS, and make the experience feel native and solid on both. • Collaborate with engine and game teams on the pipeline boundary.
• Build Intelligent Gameplay Automation & Agentic Workflows: Design and deploy advanced gameplay agents using computer vision, reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and LLM/VLM-based agents, leveraging state-of-the-art tools like Codex and Claude. • Drive ML-Driven QA & Defect Detection: Apply ML/DL techniques to solve complex QA challenges across NVIDIA product lines, implementing DL-based solutions for video/audio defect detection and optimizing automated test frameworks to boost productivity. • Develop End-to-End GPU Validation Solutions: Create and maintain robust, Python-based automation pipelines that consume neural networks to rigorously validate NVIDIA GPUs. • Establish Scalable Infrastructure & Deployment: Set up and manage scalable development environments using Linux, Docker, and TensorRT to train, validate, and deploy large-scale neural networks. • Curate Self-Improving Data Pipelines: Build, clean, and augment high-quality datasets to feed and enable continuous, self-improving training pipelines.

What you’ll be doing: • Build and maintain internal profiling tools aimed at performance and power optimization by using real-world GPU applications, such as games and AI workload. • Collaborate with our users to model and improve the design for next-generation GPU for better performance and power efficiency • Partner with hardware architects to propose new features or improve existing ones based on real-world use cases.
Responsibilities • Define and uphold the game’s design vision, core gameplay direction, and player experience goals from concept through development • Review and guide major design decisions, ensuring features align with player needs, product goals, and Riot’s quality expectations • Translate player insight, product context, and development realities into clear design direction and actionable priorities • Partner closely with internal developers and external co-development teams to align on design intent, execution quality, and iteration plans • Evaluate trade-offs, identify risks, and make agile decisions that help the team respond to feedback, data, and changing development needs • Lead and support a small design team by setting clear expectations, giving feedback, and fostering a collaborative, craft-focused environment
