任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、自动化等相关专业，对游戏AI与测试技术有浓厚兴趣； 2. 深入理解 CNN、Transformer 及大语言模型（LLM）等主流架构，能够设计并执行针对模型功能、精度及鲁棒性的测试方案，具备模型缺陷定位与分析能力； 3. 具备 AI 应用构建实战能力，有测试智能体或 AI辅助测试开发经验者优先；有游戏 AI、AIGC相关项目经验或游戏测试/研发经验者优先； 4. 掌握 Python、C/C++、Java 等至少一种编程语言，熟悉 Linux 系统及 MySQL、Re…
