任职要求 1.是个“问题终结者”：能独立思考，遇到Bug不慌，知道从哪下手排查（懂点机器人系统架构是加分项）； 2.有产品sense：会用Figma/Axure画原型，了解前后端协作逻辑，最好还知道点SLAM、路径规划、感知算法是啥； 3.对机器人硬件不陌生：IMU、CAN总线、激光雷达、毫米波雷达、上位机/下位机……这些词你至少听过，最好还能聊两句； 4.自动驾驶 / 工程机械 / 移动机器人相关专业 or 项目经历？那太棒了！没有也别怕，只要你学得快、敢动手…
