任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，至少4年及以上项目开发经验，扎实的技术理论基础，数据结构以及算法等； 2、精通 JAVA 语言，精通 Spring 全家桶， mybatis 等，熟悉 redis , kafaka , es 等中间件使用，熟悉 Spring Cloud 微服务开发，熟悉各组件的使用及原理； 3、了解大模型和AI算法的大致原理，有过AI技术的工程落地经验； 4、有DDD领域驱动设计、了解过IM相关技术原理优先； 5、对新技术保持热情，持续学习并乐于分享，勇于技术创新与技术改进； 6、具备良好的沟通能力，积极主动、自驱力强，有强烈的团队意识和执行力；
工作职责
1. 加入效率工程部，负责一个或多个系统、关键应用的应用模块开发； 2. 重点关注云协作办公领域AI和IM相关服务的开发，解决系统开发技术难点，参与架构持续升级； 3. 关注互联网热点技术的发展方向，能够提出、评估并应用新技术； 4. 参与新系统需求分析与讨论，并提出技术可行性方案；
