任职要求
1. 5 年以上 JAVA 开发经验，熟练应用线程、IO、网络、JVM等内容，有较强的架构分析设计能力和方案整合能力； 2. 计算机理论基础扎实，对数据结构与算法、操作系统原理、TCP/IP等有一定的理解；掌握分布式系统基本原理，熟悉负载均衡、缓存、一致性、高可用等机制； 3. 熟悉微服务架构，具备相关平台与技术栈的经验，包括但不限于：ZK、Dubbo/gRPC、网关、配置中心、可观测性、MQ、缓存等； 4. 有自研相关中间件经验者优先，有多活架构、云原生、容器化、AI等方向经验是加分项，对开源项目有贡献是加分项； 5. 对技术有足够的热爱，积极尝试新技术，并愿意深入到细节，对工作中的质量问题、效率问题低容忍度； 6. 具备良好的团队合作精神，善于主动学习与思考，对工作积极严谨，勇于承担压力，并以结果为导向推进目标达成。
工作职责
1. 负责云音乐微服务、可观测性和存储相关中间件的设计与研发工作； 2. 从用户视角解决业务在使用过程中遇到的各种疑难问题，能够挖掘业务实际需求给出中间件的最佳实践与演进方案； 3. 以产品化思维完善中间件相关设计，打造稳定、易用的微服务与中间件解决方案，赋能业务高效创新。
