任职要求
1. 具有3年以上Java开发经验，具备大型软件设计开发能力，计算机或相关专业本科以上学历； 2. 熟悉Spring/SpringBoot、MySQL、Redis、ES、MongoDB等常见技术栈，知晓底层原理和实现； 3. 熟悉Git、 CI/CD、k8s等自动化构建和容器化技术； 4. 熟练掌握数据结构算法、设计模式、JVM底层机制； 5. 熟悉 SQL 语言，具备复杂查询、存储过程编写、性能调优等能力，以高效地操作和处理数据； 6. 熟练掌握至少一种主流数据仓库工具，如 Hadoop HDFS、Hive、Spark SQL 等，能够进行数据的存储、管理和查询优化，对数据敏感，有数据开发相关工作经验者优先； 7. 责任心强，能独立分析和解决问题，具有良好的沟通能力和业务协调能力； 8. 熟悉python、go是加分项。
工作职责
1. 负责设计、开发和维护创新AI产品服务端系统，确保系统的高可用性、可扩展性和安全性； 2. 参与需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、测试、部署及后期维护等全生命周期的开发工作； 3. 深入理解业务需求，与产品经理、前端工程师紧密合作，确保产品功能的顺利实现； 4. 持续优化系统架构和代码质量，提高系统性能和稳定性； 5. 跟踪和研究业界最新的AI应用服务端趋势，为团队引入新的技术和解决方案。
