任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上产品经理工作经验，有AI应用落地经验者优先； 2. 了解机器学习、NLP、CV等基础计算机原理，热爱大模型（LLM）、Agent等前沿技术，有Coze、Dify、AutoGPT等同类型产品的使用和智能体构建经验； 3. 具备一定的英语水平和动手学习能力，能独立对模型效果做出测评与分析； 4. 具备优秀的洞察力与沟通协作能力，能推动项目在业务团队中的落地。
工作职责
1. 参与并负责严选事业部AI类相关应用的需求分析、场景挖掘、产品设计与落地，落地场景涵盖商品开发、渠道销售、客户服务、供应链、数据分析等核心工作流程； 2. 负责LLM和Agent的引入与应用，包括模型选型、Agent搭建、Prompt设计、流程设计、工具集成、应用效果评测等工作，为最终产品和应用的效果负责。
