工作职责
1.负责服务端系统功能、活动、玩法的设计与实现，确保系统的高并发能力 2.参与分布式游戏业务的开发与优化，解决分布式环境下的数据同步、负载均衡、容灾等问题 3.持续监控线上服务运行情况，分析性能瓶颈，提出并实施优化方案 4.同策划及客户端人员进行有效沟通，解决各种服务器的问题
