1.本科及以上学历，2年以上游戏服务端系统开发经验； 2. 具备良好的编程能力和编程习惯，熟练掌握常用数据结构及算法 3. 具备数据库(Mongo/Redis等)、网络(TCP/UDP/HTTP)、Linux相关开发经验； 4. 有Python脚本语言使用经验者优先 5. 热爱游戏行业，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
工作职责
1.负责服务端系统功能、活动、玩法的设计与实现，确保系统的高并发能力 2.参与分布式游戏业务的开发与优化，解决分布式环境下的数据同步、负载均衡、容灾等问题 3.持续监控线上服务运行情况，分析性能瓶颈，提出并实施优化方案 4.同策划及客户端人员进行有效沟通，解决各种服务器的问题
