工作职责 1、项目建设 参与公司机房改造、搬迁、主机扩容、主机架构优化等项目，负责进行方案落地、设备调试、现场实施及验收工作。 2、数据库运维 负责生产环境中 TDSQL、达梦、Opengauss等数据库的部署、架构规划、高可用建设及日常运维；主导数据库性能调优、慢查询分析、SQL 优化、索引治理及容量规划，保障核心账务、信托业务系统数据层稳定高效运行。 3、操作系统与虚拟化/容器管理 负责国产操作系统（麒麟 ）及Linux等的内核参数调优、故障排查与资源管理；负责 华为等虚拟化平台及 K8S 容器集群的运维，包括虚拟机/容器部署、资源调度、快照管理、服务编排及混合架构下的网络/存储故障处理。 4、监控、容灾与自动化 建立并完善数据库及系统层的监控告警体系（如 Zabbix / Grafana / Prometheus），跟踪服务器、存储、OS、数据库、中间件等关键指标；负责数据库备…
