岗位职责
主导复杂系统的整体架构设计与技术规划、以及关键核心模块的设计，推动公司技术体系演进与创新；深度参与产品设计与技术方案制定，从技术角度保障系统稳定性、可扩展性和可维护性；指导并培养中高级工程师，推动团队技术能力提升；参与公司级技术决策，制定技术标准与规范，推动技术中台建设；负责牵头关键技术难点攻关，推动新技术在项目中的落地与应用。
