岗位职责
根据分行IT需求管理规范和业务发展战略，统筹分行业务开发需求的调研、分析、评审与落地实施，主导特色业务系统开发及AI场景建设，全面把控项目进度与质量，为分行业务发展提供技术支持，具体包括：
1、制定分行业务开发需求计划，开展业务需求调研、分析与文档编写；
2、评估需求的技术可行性，开展需求评审并提出优化建议；
3、主导分行特色业务系统开发，协调开发资源并执行全周期项目管理，推动系统上线推广，确保技术方案与业务目标协同落地；
4、为分行业务营销、运营及管理决策提供定制化技术解决方案；
