工作职责
Relationship Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Banking
1. Provide professional financial solutions, develop and maintain customer portfolios, i.e. SOE, POE, listed companies or PE etc.
2. Promote banking products, including cross-border and offshore acquisition financing, privatization financing, leverage financing, project financing, share-backed financing, project financing, bilateral loans, syndication loans and bond investment, as well as general banking products, explore business opportunities with prospective customers, 
3. Implement agreed business plan to achieve pre-set sales/revenue targets.
4. Conduct due diligence, design financing proposal, prepare credit proposals, credit analysis and risk management on overall portfolios.
