工作职责
Relationship Manager / Senior Manager, Non-bank Financial Institutions - Financial Institutions
1. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutional clients, including banks, securities firms, financial leasing firms, asset management companies, and other non-bank financial institutions.
2. Promote and distribute a full range of interbank and financial markets products, including interbank lending, bond repos, bond investments, derivatives, syndication loans and cross-border interbank businesses. 
3. Implement agreed business plan to achieve pre-set sales/revenue targets.
4. Conduct due diligence on counterparties, assess and manage credit facilities, prepare credit proposals, facilitate internal approval processes, and perform ongoing risk monitoring and post-lending/portfolio management.
