任职要求
1.全日制本科以上学历，理工科相关专业，6年以上 JAVA 开发经验，负责过 1 个以上中大型项目； 2. Java基础扎实，喜欢专研底层源码，具有扎实的程序设计基本功，能够独立担当功能模块的设计开发； 3. 理解Java常用设计模式，理解特性并且能够在项目中实际运用； 4. 熟练使用Java常用框架和组件，如 SpringBoot 、SpringCloud、XXL-JOB、RabbitMq、Kafka、Redis、Mybatis等，并掌握基础原理； 5. 精通各种缓存技术，事务处理，异常处理，对数据库性能优化有比较丰富的经验,具备编写、优化复杂SQL的能力； 6. 注重代码质量，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题，具有良好的沟通协作能力;
工作职责
1.根据业务需求，快速完成系统功能的开发； 2.独立完成模块的设计、编码、自测工作，解决开发中遇到的难点问题； 3.保证所负责系统的安全性、稳定性及可扩展性； 4.深入了解业务知识，并能敏锐发现业务痛点。
