高级/资深Java后端开发工程师-上海（CRM营销触达方向） 工作职责 1. 负责CRM营销触达系统的核心模块设计与开发，包括人群圈选、内容推荐、发送择优编排、多渠道触达等 2. 设计和优化多渠道消息触达引擎（Push/短信/邮件/站内信），保障亿级消息的高吞吐、低延迟和可靠投递 3. 参与营销策略的技术落地，与产品、运营、算法团队紧密协作，推动数据驱动的精准营销能力持续迭代 4. 负责系统高可用架构设计，制定稳定性保障策略（限流、熔断、降级、异步化），持续优化系统性能，保障核心链路在大促/高峰期的可靠性 5. 主导或参与全链路压测、容量规划和故障演练，建立系统可观测性体系（监控、告警、链路追踪） 工作能力要求 1. 计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Ja…
