任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，两年以上的Linux平台下的c/c++/python开发经验，具备扎实的编程功底； 2.有搜索、推荐、广告（商业化）引擎或分布式存储等领域相关工程研发经验，掌握分布式、操作系统、网络等工作原理； 3.具备独立思考的能力，能主动的发现并解决问题，对技术有足够的好奇心，极致的钻研精神; 4.具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够快速适应变化并承担挑战性任务； 5.有大规模搜推系统或AI工程化项目经验者优先考虑。
工作职责
1.负责召回检索引擎的设计与开发，构建高性能、高并发的分布式架构，支撑搜索与推荐等核心业务场景； 2.负责设计高性能数据结构，支撑海量数据下各种复杂索引结构的低延迟查询； 3.负责检索相关产品的核心功能、公共核心模块的代码编写； 4.与shein业务团队紧密合作，支撑全场景各种复杂业务的上线和迭代需求； 5.探索新技术方向，通过技术创新解决实际问题，推动系统性能和稳定性持续改进。
