任职要求
1、 本科或以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、机器学习等相 关专业，2年以上数据测试经验； 2、 熟练掌握golang、python等语言； 3、 熟练sql，了解Hadoop、Spark、Hive等常用大数据技术； 4、 了解数据仓库基本概念，熟悉大数据ETL流程； 5、 掌握使用大数据自动化测试工具； 6、 对数据算法等有见解，有数理分析方面良好素养和基础； 具有扎实的统计和数据挖掘、建模基础等优先； 7、 对数据敏感，具有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析能力、理解 业务的能力、沟通能力和表达呈现能力，主动性强； 8、 良好的团队沟通和协作能力。
工作职责
1、负责电商业务数据质量保证工作，以及各类算法测试工具 的开发和探索； 2、根据实际测试业务需求进行数据产品和算法产品的测试工 作； 3、能够根据实际业务需求产出完备的测试方案并制定可执行 测试计划，保证数据和算法的正确性以及合理性； 4、能够根据测试需求快速开发测试工具或平台；
