1、5年以上测试经验，有云平台或分布式系统测试经验； 2、熟悉Kubernetes、DevOps工具链和云平台技术，并有相关测试实战经验； 3、对中间件（如Elasticsearch、Tair等）与数据库（如MySQL、Redis）有性能测试经验； 4、熟练掌握脚本语言（Python/Shell等）进行测试脚本开发； 5、优秀的问题定位与分析能力，具备跨团队协作和质量管理经验。 加分项： * 掌握CI/CD测试、自动化测试工具（如Selenium、JMeter）或高并发场景测试经验； * 有推动质量标准建设和团队质量文化宣贯工作经验。
