工作描述
一、岗位职责 1. 数据治理与支撑：负责侵权识别模型训练与评估所需数据的全流程处理，包括数据集清洗、正负样本构建、Hard Negative 挖掘及质量校验，确保数据可靠性。 2. 模型实验与优化：在指导下参与多模态召回与精排模型（图像/文本 Embedding、VL Reranker）的训练、调优及效果评估，系统记录实验过程并协助产出分析报告。 3. 效果监控与洞察：协助维护算法效果监控体系，定期分析线上关键指标（如准确率、召回率、命中量等），并基于 badcase 分析提出初步优化建议。 4. 技术文档沉淀：参与撰写实验记录、技术方案、模型选…
