经验要求

工作职责

岗位定位（Position Summary）
负责菜鸟在墨西哥本地的劳务品类、物流干线品类的采购工作。涉及供应商的战略寻源、采购策略制定、招采执行及全链路周期管理工作。确保采购过程高效、合规、并不断优化品类成本，助力本地化供应链能力建设。 
● Lead procurement for labor services and logistics trunk-line categories in Mexico, covering end-to-end lifecycle management: strategic sourcing, procurement strategy formulation, tender execution, and supplier performance governance. Ensure procurement operations are efficient, compliant, and continuously optimized for cost — directly enabling localized supply chain capability building.

核心职责：
1. 战略寻源与招采管理
• 主导新供应商寻源、资质评估、准入审批；
• 制定采购策略，主导及执行采购流程，确保采购过程合规且公正；
• 主导合同谈判与签署，定期进行供应商绩效管理；
1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Lead new supplier sourcing, qualification assessment, and on boarding approval;
• Develop procurement strategies and own whole procurement execution to ensure compliance, fairness, and transparency;
• Lead contract negotiation and signing; conduct regular supplier performance reviews and management.
2. 成本管控与优化
• 全面监控采购预算执行；
• 识别降本机会，持续优化采购成本；

• Monitor procurement budget execution comprehensively;
• Identify cost-down opportunities and drive continuous procurement cost optimization.
3. 跨部门协同与需求对接
• 作为采购接口人，深度协同运营、法务、财务、合规等内部协作部门，精准理解并支持业务需求。
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as the Procurement Specialist, deeply collaborating with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to accurately understand and enable business requirements.
