工作职责

1.Manage day-to-day operations for Leg A and Leg B (first-mile pickup and international linehaul) of the US-origin Global-to-Global (G2G) business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: dispatching pickup orders to service providers, coordinating shipment schedules, uploading tracking milestones, generating pre-alert emails and customs declaration data, and resolving operational exceptions.
3.Address and manage inquiries from key account clients regarding G2G shipments during US daytime business hours.
3.Manage and evaluate service providers for Leg A and Leg B of the G2G business, and continuously optimize operational workflows. Ensure that transit time SLAs for Leg A and Leg B are consistently met while actively reducing the exception rate.
4.Develop and drive the implementation of improvement initiatives based on customer inquiries and requirements. Aim to enhance overall customer satisfaction and proactively reduce the volume of inbound customer inquiries.
