工作职责
Provide legal assistance for the business development, local network construction, local operation and compliance matters for Cainiao’s logistics business in Brazil. Research and analyze on new business opportunity and new business models, provide legal advice, risk analysis and design contract structure, and assist on all relevant legal aspects. Research and advice on different legal topics. Draft, review and revise various kinds of contracts (logistics service contract, procurement contract, leasing contract and technical service contract, etc.) and legal documents, assist in commercial negotiation, contract execution and performance. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes. Separately or manage external lawyer to manage disputes, and litigation/arbitration matters. Assist in handling emergency issues, and provide practical solutions Select high quality and cost effective external law firms and make well management. Provide legal support for other daily operation matters of local Cainiao entities in Brazil.

Asia-Pacific Supply Chain - Vietnam - Commercial Procurement Role Support Cainiao's local supply chain operations, overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle (demand analysis, sourcing, tendering, price analysis, contract execution, order fulfilment and payments, supplier performance management, etc.). Procurement categories encompass engineering equipment, warehouse consumables, administrative supplies, and labour services. 1. Develop comprehensive understanding of specific operational contexts, mastering Vietnam's diverse category landscapes and supplier ecosystems; 2. Conduct holistic evaluations of procurement operations based on Cainiao's procurement platform metrics, designing comprehensive, quantifiable and visually clear procurement reports; 3. Monitor business evaluation outcomes and discrepancies, collaborate with business teams to analyse root causes, identify control points and improvement directions, and implement corrective measures; 4. Develop and execute cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement plans in collaboration with business partners, considering operational characteristics, market conditions and cost levels; 5. Streamline the entire procurement workflow, propose optimisation recommendations tailored to business requirements, refine procurement processes, and enhance the procurement experience; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the team.
