任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流、市场营销等相关专业优先；
2. 3年To B销售或客户管理经验，有跨境电商、国际物流、供应链服务等行业背景者优先；

1. 负责跨境物流特定链路（如头程揽收、国际干线、目的国派送等）的客户拓展与销售工作，围绕公司战略重点区域/产品线完成业绩目标； 2. 独立开展客户拜访、需求挖掘与方案推介，针对不同类型客户（电商卖家、平台商户、中小型出口企业、物流商等）提供匹配的分段物流解决方案； 3. 深入理解各段产品特性（时效、成本、服务范围等），协同产品、运营团队推动客户需求落地，提升转化率与客户满意度； 4. 维护客户关系，及时跟进订单履约情况，收集一线反馈并反哺产品优化建议，促进“销-运-产”闭环； 5. 定期输出客户洞察与市场动态，参与区域作战计划制定，在实战中不断提升独立拿结果的能力。
