工作职责
1、负责零售业务人工智能创新应用能力的规划和搭建；探索金融领域人工智能技术的前沿应用落地场景，并组织推进应用落地，推进零售业务数智化经营能力升级；
2、深入业务一线理解零售金融的业务场景，挖掘业务痛点，将模糊的业务诉求转化为清晰、可执行的技术需求，快速进行原型验证，并迭代推进至生产应用。负责系统的日常维护、性能调优及故障排查，保障系统在零售业务高峰时段的稳定运行；
