任职要求
1、精通Linux内核,至少阅读过2-3个主要模块(调度,文件系统,网络,I/O,内存管理等)的源代码; 2、熟悉Linux平台上的C语言编程,熟悉多进程多线程编程,熟悉Socket编程; 3、具有复杂系统软件的设计、开发和调优能力; 4、有丰富内核故障调试或内核社区补丁提交经验者优先; 5、有多平台(x86/ARM/RISC-V)内核与系统研发经验者优先; 6、了解主流虚拟化技术(Xen/KVM等)的实现,阅读过相关源代码者优先; 7、良好的团队合作精神,较强的沟通能力; 8、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力,对解决具有挑战性 问题充满激情。
工作职责
1、 针对业务需求定制Linux内核,结合业务需求开发内核新功能; 2、 结合服务特点对服务器底层/Linux内核进行性能调优; 3、 负责操作系统/内核前沿新技术的研究和应用。
