任职要求
1、熟悉ASIC/FPGA验证流程，参与过FPGA/ASIC项目的验证工作，并有流片或FPGA交付的成功经验； 2、熟悉UVM等验证方法学，有搭建过仿真平台、测试点分解、代码/功能覆盖率分析的经验； 3、熟练使用SystemVerilog语言进行测试用例设计； 4、熟练掌握主流的仿真调试工具（VCS/QuestaSim/ModelSim等）； 5、熟练掌握Tcl、Perl、Makefile等常用脚本语言； 6、具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力，有验证团队管理经验。 加分项： 1、有数据中心网络、存储、计算相关的硬件加速项目经验； 2、熟悉FPGA常用的IO协议和相关控制器IP，如PCIe、DDR、Ethernet等； 3、熟悉C/C++，能理解复杂的软件代码。
