任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉常用的数据结构、算法和设计模式，并能在日常研发中灵活使用； 3、熟练掌握HTML、CSS、JavaScript等Web开发技术，至少熟悉前端主流框架如React、Vue、Angular之一，并有实际项目研发经验； 4、熟悉Webpack等构建工具，熟悉模块化、前端编译原理； 5、熟悉网站性能优化，了解浏览器实现原理； 6、能够独立完成一个复杂模块或项目的研发工作；具备较强的责任感、团队合作精神、逻辑思维能力和表达能力。 加分项： 1、具备多端( Web/Native )开发能力，有 NodeJS、Go、Python 等后端Web服务开发经验； 2、了解 React Native、Flutter、小程序等，有一定的实际开发经验； 3、对于Mv*框架源码有一定的研究； 4、有开源作品或者技术博客。
工作职责
1、负责公司级工程效率平台的开发工作，包括并不限于客服数据中心、蓝军平台、抖音基础体验平台以及影像工程效率平台的前端开发与优化工作； 2、参与团队前端工程化体系建设，逐步提升研发效率、研发质量，通过前端技术的不断产出驱动业务的发展； 3、负责核心Feature系统研发以及规划，落地到业务产生收益，不断优化用户体验； 4、关注前端前沿技术发展，能够将新知识传递给团队，并且转化到潜在项目中；
