任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉Golang或Python语言，理解常见的数据结构、算法和操作系统等基础知识 ； 3、熟悉常用数据库MySQL或MongoDB，熟悉Redis、ES或Kafka等组件； 4、熟悉常见的Web框架（Flask/Django/Gin/Iris等常见Web框架的一种即可）； 5、具备良好的业务沟通能力和分析解决问题的能力，重视流程规范，责任心强且主动好学； 加分项： 1、具备一定架构能力，有大容量、高性能、稳定性的设计开发经验优先； 2、有全栈开发经验优先。
工作职责
1、负责字节跳动各业务场景工程效率方向的开发和落地工作，负责平台产品的架构设计、开发、部署与改进； 2、调研新技术，参与各类技术难题的攻关，沉淀技术能力和行业经验，与平台一起成长和发展； 3、对产品提出改进建议以建立极致的用户感受，对项目提出改进建议以提高项目整体效率。
