任职要求
1、计算机或相关技术学科本科及以上学历，具备良好的英语沟通能力； 2、熟悉组件运维相关流程，了解基础组件行业发展趋势，3年及以上组件运维经验或组件平台开发经验，电商经验优先、熟悉云计算技术优先； 3、拥有一种或多种编程语言（例如Java、C++、Go）的经验，或Shell和Python的脚本编写经验； 4、熟悉Mysql、Redis、MQ、Rocksdb、Mongo、K8S、Docker、Mesh等存储或计算组件的架构； 5、具有大型分布式系统的运营、部署、高可用性和质量保证方面的专业知识，特别注重稳定性和性能； 6、具有强烈的责任心、积极进取的团队精神、较强的综合分析和解决问题的能力。
工作职责
1、面向国际电商业务，基于跨团队/时区/地域的合作机制，提供符合实际业务场景的组件稳定性解决方案； 2、持续进行组件的元数据建设，可观测建设，完善多维度的可观测方案； 3、开发平台化、数据可视化和自动化监控流程，以促进国际电商平台组件运维提效的工作； 4、深入了解电商业务，进行组件的风险感知和治理； 5、持续跟进国际电商组件的管理和优化。
