任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件等相关专业，精通Golang/Java/Python中的一种或者多种语言； 2、理解计算机原理，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉常见的设计思想，有一定的代码能力； 3、熟悉高可用/高并发/高性能的分布式系统的设计方法，对常见的存储系统和中间件都有较好的理解； 4、参与过复杂系统的建设过程，有项目的研发经历； 5、自我驱动，踏实靠谱，对技术有追求，始终以最好的结果作为工作的最终目标。
工作职责
1、负责国际电商平台治理相关业务系统和基础平台的架构设计和系统开发； 2、针对复杂业务场景，根据产品需求提供优秀的系统架构设计和高质量的代码，提升系统可扩展性； 3、持续改善已有业务系统，优化系统薄弱点，提升系统性能和稳定性； 4、完善基础组件支持，更好地支撑业务迭代，根据业务需要，优化组件功能和性能。
