任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，熟练掌握常用的数据结构与算法； 2、精通Golang/Python/Php/Java等一种或多种编程语言，有较强的架构能力和良好代码规范； 3、熟练使用互联网开发常用技术（分布式存储、计算、消息队列等），了解原理或有优化经验更佳； 4、学习能力强，问题分析定位及解决能力强，质量意识高，良好的团队沟通协作能力，抗压能力强； 5、有大流量高并发系统开发设计经验者优先，有订单、交易、履约、售后等系统开发设计经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责字节跳动（抖音、火山、今日头条、西瓜视频等APP）电商交易中台、订单中台相关业务的设计开发及维护工作，为用户、商家提供优质的服务体验； 2、负责购物车、提单&下单、订单查询、订单管理、订单中心、交易流程等核心交易系统架构设计和系统研发，持续进行系统架构优化，高效率的支持业务发展； 3、负责交易中台的系统研发和架构设计，保障技术先进性，优化核心交易系统的稳定性、可扩展性、安全性，持续提升亿级订单规模下，交易系统的可用性与性能及研发效率。
