任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++/Go/Python/Java等1至2种以上语言，有良好的编程习惯及逻辑实现能力； 3、有扎实的网络、存储、操作系统的运用基础，具备良好的逻辑能力和思辨能力，在团队中具备领导能力； 4、对于常见的工程组件有较为准确和全面的理解，对系统的性能、可用性、扩展性等方面有深刻的理解； 5、有较强的系统问题分析经验和能力，能够解决复杂的系统问题； 6、对软件产品有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
工作职责
1、面向字节各业务提供稳定、高效、极致调优的音视频处理能力； 2、通过不断的技术研究和创新，建设和优化点播、图片、传输策略服务，推动业务的快速发展和高效迭代； 3、负责字节跳动基础服务后台架构设计与研发。
