任职要求
1、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握JavaScriptES5/6CSS，熟练掌握各种布局； 1、对解决CSS/JS多浏览器兼容性问题，前端性能优化有一定的经验； 2、至少掌握React/Vue/Angular主流框架中一种，理解框架背后的思想； 3、理解工程化思想，有良好的系统模块设计能力； 4、熟悉Node.js，了解Express/KOA等框架，对大模型有了解和应用实践更佳； 5、沟通与协作能力。
工作职责
1、负责智能客服工作台、反馈、工单等复杂中后台系统的前端开发工作； 2、负责高质量编码设计，承担业务重点技术攻坚，保证高可靠、高性能、高可扩展的业务支撑； 3、参与团队基础组件的维护和建设，在复杂的业务场景应用落地； 4、探索和优化前端团队的开发模式和流程规范，提高团队的效率； 5、探索大模型与前端研发流程结合，提高团队的效率。
