任职要求
1、热爱编程，扎实的编程能力，良好的数据结构和算法功底； 2、精通Python、Go、PHP、C++、Java中的至少一门语言； 3、责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力； 4、较好的产品意识，对用户需求、体验、交互、操作流程等有一定追求，愿意将产品效果做为工作最重要的驱动因素； 5、有监控、性能分析、数据可视化相关经验者优先。
工作职责
1、参与超大规模数据中心网络平台产品及工具服务的建设； 2、持续改进资源管理/数据沉淀/监控报警/运营维护等流程、机制和策略； 3、持续优化相关平台体验和稳定性； 4、关注行业动态和趋势，配合研发团队，构建和完善内部平台。
