任职要求
1、计算机、软件、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的计算机基础和前端基础； 2、熟练掌握 JavaScript、CSS、HTML、协议、安全、网络、性能优化等前端技术，对主流前端框架（React、Vue等）至少一种有深入应用并理解其设计原理； 3、熟悉前端工程化相关技术及原理，具备良好的架构设计和工程设计能力，对稳定性、性能体验相关技术领域有深入的理解和相应的实践经验； 4、具备良好的服务意识、责任心、较强的学习能力、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力，具备一定的方案沟通和推动能力； 5、加分项：移动C端大模型/IM产品，或技术基建经验丰富；有一定的跨端项目经验（小程序、React Native、Hybrid），对跨端基建有相应的理解和实践；加分项：思维活跃开放，积极拥抱AI等新技术，并将其创新应用在产品或日常工作中。
工作职责
1、负责抖音健康前端研发工作，参与前端技术设计及难题攻坚，开发AI医生、智能数据平台等； 2、自驱优化前端体验，探索新一代交互范式，解决性能和交互难点，追求极致的体验，打造流畅易用的AI产品； 3、持续优化工程架构、研发工具和规范，追求极致的质量和效率，更快更好地支撑业务，同时实现技术价值； 4、参与大前端工程能力、跨端技术架构相关建设，负责全栈Web及跨端框架的整体架构设计和推进架构演进。
