任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，2年以上移动原生App开发经验（iOS/Android/C++）或者前端开发经验； 2、计算机相关知识基础扎实，有良好的工程代码规范，具备一定的架构设计/工程化实践经验； 3、有较强的问题分析、沟通、解决能力；团队意识强，对新技术充满激情，具备较好的抗压能力； 4、深刻理解React Native/Weex/Flutter/浏览器内核/小程序等任一跨平台技术者优先。
工作职责
1、参与跨平台技术的工程架构、容器、工具链、高可用、性能优化、渲染引擎等相关工作设计与研发； 2、参与Flutter技术在客户端（Android/iOS）、前端、桌面端等跨全平台的设计与研发； 3、推进跨平台技术方案在字节跳动旗下各业务线落地，助力字节跳动的产品线高效发展； 4、研究下一代跨平台前沿技术，探索技术方案和业务场景的结合与落地。
