任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境，熟练掌握C++/Golang/Java/Python等两种或多种编程语言并深入了解语言特性，具备良好的数据结构、算法基础和系统设计能力； 3、具备较强的思考力、执行力、抗压能力与创新意愿，能够打磨固化思维并独立完成复杂系统性方案的设计和落地； 4、具备全图化系统（Dragonfly/TPP/图灵/纳海等）研发或应用经验者优先； 5、具备良好的组织协同能力，有项目管理与团队管理经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责在字节跳动国际化广告业务场景下建设全图化系统架构，打造全新的研发、交付、运维模式，实现资源智能化编排； 2、参与建设图执行引擎、算子热更新、图化交付系统等新能力，参与广告业务系统关键模块的业务抽象与重构； 3、基于长期目标拆解明确可落地的实现路径，组织并带领项目组成员实现全图化Serverless基础架构； 4、构建高性能、高可用的服务框架，承载高吞吐、低延迟的广告投后系统架构需求。
