任职要求
1、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟练掌握C++/Go/Python/Java 等一种或多种编程语言； 2、熟悉至少一种主流深度学习编程框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow/Caffe/MXNet），熟悉其底层架构和实现机制； 3、扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论和实践经验，熟悉深度学习算法（CNN/RNN/LSTM/Transformer等），了解大模型方向的研究和应用； 4、有Deep Models在大规模业务上的经验、对云计算相关领域有经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责火山方舟大模型平台的架构设计和工程研发，例如持续训练、对齐(比如Finetune)、模型评估、推理等； 2、深度参与深度学习大模型算法调优，工程优化和应用过程中的新技术探索； 3、与合作团队（产品、行解、销售、市场等）紧密合作，共同应对深度学习应用落地过程中的具体挑战，站在解决问题的第一线； 4、不断精进、研究和实现深度学习架构/平台方面的新技术。
